WHAT IF I'M A BEGINNER, OR HAVE INJURIES?
No matter what experience level you’re at, our certified personal trainer and nutritionist, Emanuela will be there to guide you every step of the way. This challenge is broken down for you, making a hassle-free experience. Our dedicated coach will help modify exercises for you whether due to injuries or other reasons noted.
HOW LONG IS THE TRAINING?
Training sessions are 50 minutes long. They include a demo of the workout, the workout, and a cool down stretch. Training always starts on time and ends on time.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO ACHIEVE YOUR PERFECT BODY?
The strategies used in our custom Personal Training Program are designed specifically for rapid fat loss and lean muscle gains. Results will be visible right away if you follow the nutrition and training systems given.
