📄 Challenge Terms & Participation Deposit Policy
Program Overview
Improve Your Move (“IYM”) offers limited-time fitness challenge programs. Some promotions may be advertised as “free” or “no-cost” and require a Participation Deposit to reserve a spot and ensure commitment.
Participation Deposit
The Participation Deposit is required to hold a participant’s place in the challenge and to confirm intent to participate.
The Participation Deposit is refundable only prior to participation.
Participation is defined as attending any class, session, orientation, or using any services associated with the challenge.
Once participation begins, the Participation Deposit is no longer eligible for a cash refund.
Refund & Credit Policy

Prior to Participation
If written notice is provided before attending any challenge sessions or using any challenge services, the Participation Deposit may be refunded in cash. -
After Participation Begins
After participation begins, the Participation Deposit converts to a service credit.
Service credits:

May be applied toward future Improve Your Move training, memberships, or programs

Are non-transferable

Have no cash value

May be subject to expiration at Improve Your Move’s discretion

Program Completion
Completion of the challenge constitutes full delivery of services. No cash refunds will be issued after program completion.
Results & Satisfaction Disclaimer
Results are not guaranteed and depend on attendance, consistency, effort, and individual factors.
Refunds are not issued based on subjective satisfaction, perceived results, or scheduling conflicts once participation has begun.
Scheduling Responsibility
Class schedules are provided in advance. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure availability and schedule compatibility prior to enrollment.
Missed or unused sessions do not qualify for refunds.
Advertising Language Clarification
The term “free” refers to the program cost excluding the Participation Deposit.
The Participation Deposit is not a trial fee and is governed by this policy.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Participants agree to contact Improve Your Move directly to resolve concerns prior to initiating chargebacks or disputes.
Chargebacks initiated after participation has begun may result in forfeiture of any remaining credits and access to services.
Acceptance of Terms
Enrollment, payment, or participation in any Improve Your Move challenge constitutes acceptance of this Challenge Terms & Participation Deposit Policy.

By submitting your contact information (including phone number and email) through any of our forms, you consent to receive SMS and email messages from Improve Your Move. These messages may include reminders, updates, promotional offers, and other relevant communication about our fitness programs and services.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any email. Your contact information will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
