This is our chance to celebrate the hard work, consistency, and dedication you’ve put in all summer. If you haven’t been around lately, it’s also the perfect opportunity to reconnect with the IYM community and rebuild the momentum that will keep you dedicated for the rest of the year.
IYM will provide the food, and bringing a dish, snack, or dessert for the optional potluck is always welcome—but never required.
